Trusty Alpha 2 Release Now Available in Flavors

Alpha 2 updates for the various flavors of Ubuntu 14.04 are available now.

Ubuntu 14.04 (Trusty Tahr) will be out in a few months, bringing us the latest LTS edition. While Canonical does not release Alpha versions of Ubuntu, KubuntuEdubuntuXubuntuUbuntu GNOME and others are now available as Alpha 2 versions.

As always with Alphas though, do not use these on production machines.  That said, if you don’t mind the occasional breakage and do want to help the developers, you may want to run Trusty and report problems.

If you have to have Ubuntu 14.04 and not one of the flavors, you can download the latest daily version here.
