Ubuntu Tweak 0.8.2 Has Been Released

Tualatrix Chou has announced that Ubuntu Tweak 0.8.2 has been released.  This release is intended to be Quantal (12.10) ready and to have improved Apps.

Overview of Changes:

  • Show apps installation status
  • No more Desktop Recovery and Shortcut for 12.10
  • Add option to turn off Unity Web Apps
  • Remove “show User indicator” option for 12.10
  • Love Wallpaper HD is ready

As always, to install Ubuntu Tweak you need to run the following commands:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:tualatrix/ppa

sudo apt-get update

sudo apt-get install ubuntu-tweak
